Pᴀɢᴇ 1

Nikita: Once I was able to loot all the cash from my location, Katina and I needed to make our way to my brother's location.

Obviously, I didn't break into this location, but my brother met me outside and told me the details as we made our way to the basement.

Here's how that conversation went.

You've heard my story of breaking in... now this is my brother's.

Nikita: Did you encounter the anticipated security system?

Pavel: Yep. I disabled the tamper switch.

Nikita: Me too, did your location have strange padlocks on everything?

Pavel: Yeah, apparently the doors didn't naturally have locks on them.

Nikita: Mhmm... and placing padlocks on everything seems like a lazy solution.

Pavel: Agreed. But either way, we're rich!

Pᴀɢᴇ 3 → [The First Lock] Lock Picking

The tools consist of a tension tool, a rake, a hook, and a ball rake.

Each tool can pick the lock in a different way.

The lock will open once the mechanism is rotated. But, the pins inside the lock keep the inner locking mechanism from rotating. You can only turn the locking mechanism if all of the pins are pushed outwards.

Pᴀɢᴇ 4 → [The First Lock] Tension Tool

The tension tool is used to rotate the locking mechanism within the chamber of the lock. The tension tool simulates a key turning.

Pᴀɢᴇ 5 → [The First Lock] Rake Tool

The rake tool is used to strike the pins within the lock as the rake brushes across them. The rake tool can be used with variable upward tension to increase the likelihood the pins will be pushed in or released. The more upward force is exerted on the rake tool the harder it becomes to move within the lock. The rake tool has a larger area of contact so it is capable of depressing multiple pins at once.

Pᴀɢᴇ 6 → [The First Lock] Hook Tool

The hook tool is used to push a single pin at a time. You can apply upward force on the hook tool to depress or release the pins.

Pᴀɢᴇ 7 → [The First Lock] Ball Rake Tool

The ball rake tool is used to strike the pins within the lock as the ball rake brushes across them. This rake tool has rounded edges rather than sharp ones like the standard rake tool. This makes this rake tool slide within the lock more easily, however, it also has a harder time pushing the pins. Additionally, this rake tool has only two grooves on it, so it will most likely only push one pin at a time.

Pᴀɢᴇ 8 → [The First Lock] The Lock Pins

The pins must be pushed in the correct order to simulate the key entering the lock. A pin may be released at any time, but a pin may only be pushed outward if it is pushed in the correct order.

Pᴀɢᴇ 9

Nikita: You got past that lock pretty easily?

Pavel: Yeah, it wasn't hard.

Nikita: Was it a combination lock?

Pavel: No, it was a padlock with a key. It had a 5-pin tumbler.

Nikita: Five pins? Not four?

Pavel: Yeah, the order was 3-2-5-1-4.

Nikita: You're a master!

Pavel: I suppose I could've simply wiggled the rake constantly until it opened.

Nikita: Ah, but that wouldn't be as impressive.

Pavel: Exactly!

Nikita: So what was next?

Pavel: I remembered that one of the boxes was damaged. So, I assumed they loaded the cash into new boxes.

Nikita: Did they end up moving the cash to new boxes?

Pavel: No, but I thought they would, haha.

Nikita: Was the money easy to find?

Pavel: No, it was well-hidden.

Nikita: Where did they hide the money?

Pavel: In the basement, behind another locked door.

Nikita: They only had two locks?

Pavel: Yep, two locks plus the system on the exterior.

Nikita: My location had three!

Pavel: Yeah, but what I'm about to tell you is... insane.

Nikita: Insane? What do you mean? Did something bad happen?

Pavel: Let's go down there now and you'll see.

Nikita: OH MY! And I thought I found a lot of cash.

Pavel: There are 21 boxes... instead of 3.

Nikita: Wait... How will this fit in the car?

Pavel: It won't, we have to leave some of it behind.

*You look away*

Nikita: Aw, man, that's a shame...

Pᴀɢᴇ 11

Jenna: That had to be heartbreaking. How much did you guys leave behind?

Nikita: I think we left nearly 600 million. But honestly, it didn't even matter. There was enough cash for everyone.

I assumed that my brother's location also had more money than anticipated... just like mine.

So, I made sure to not fill Katina's rental car completely. This way, we would still have room for the money that my brother stole.

I'm sure she would have thrown a fit if she found out we left some money behind.

And she would definitely find that out if we couldn't put the money my brother found in her vehicle.

Jenna: So much trickery, but it makes sense.

Pavel: I know, but... we will still have a lot.

Nikita: Can we fit enough in the car?

Pavel: I know, but... we will still have a lot.

Nikita: Yes, but we owe her 173 million.

Pavel: We will give her 33% of what we can fit.

Nikita: Hopefully, she doesn't get unreasonable.

Pavel: We'll see, I guess, but what can she do?

Pᴀɢᴇ 13

Katina: Well, boys, I guess this is the end of the road.

Pavel: Drop us off at our car, and we will split the money.

Katina: I can hardly believe this worked.

Pavel: There are a total of 6 boxes, so we each get 2.

*You speak swiftly*

Nikita: Yep, perfect split, 173 million, 2 boxes.

Katina: So, where will you two run off to after this is over?

Pavel: I've always wanted to go to Venezuela or London.

Katina: I've been to Venezuela, it's beautiful there.

Nikita: Why not stop in both places?

Pavel: Yeah, why not, Nick!? London, then Venezuela.

Katina: So why was all the money in those two City Grill locations?

Pavel: Too many questions, Katina.

*You lie quickly*

Nikita: It's because those are the most secure and profitable locations.

Katina: I see. Well, would you look at that, it's almost 6:00 AM.

Pavel: I could use a hearty breakfast.

That was a hell of a night...
